Mary Ellen Jerumbo has been published in over 150 publications in 28 years of competition. Pound for pound, she is one of the strongest power lifters in her class. A seven time world class champion, she has been competing consecutively longer than most in the history of her sport. She is the only female to out squat men in her weight class at a world power lifting championship.
